Hello Kitty Wall Vinyl
I recently got Hello Kitty Greetings Cartridge. I am loving it. I have been playing with it quite a bit. My daughter wanted me to put a Hello Kitty Head up on her wall. Working with large pieces of vinyl is much different in theory than in practice. It is quite challenging to get all the vinyl to line up and lay nicely and all where it should be. I finally got it though. The pink and yellow are glossy vinyl while the rest is matte vinyl, that is why the pink and yellow look to be blistery. In actuality they are very smooth and laid out nicely. I really like the glossy and matte contrast on the hello kitty wall. Anyway the important thing is my daughter is thrilled with it.

Minnie Mouse vinyl car decal
I made a new vinyl car decal today! It turned out really cute. It took me awhile to figure out what I wanted to put on my window. I finally decided to put up Minnie Mouse with my Initial. I LOVE the polka dot bow, just too cute. I made it using SCAL 1. If you want one check out my Etsy store.

Cricut Cartridge Box Solution
Overall for my Cricut I use SCAL and I haven't in the past bought many cricut cartridges. I like love drawing my own images. Lately however I have purchased a few cartridges and some of those cartridges have been solution cartridges. As you probably know solutions cartridges don't come with a box to protect and put them in. So I wanted to keep the bottom clean and safe so I made a cricut cartridge box to put them in.
I made this file in SCAL 1 so you can use it in SCAL 1 or SCAL 2. It has score line for easy folding except for small flap on either side where it is small and obvious that it needs to be scored and where you should score it. The download includes both an svg file and a scut file along with a text file that list the original dimentions of the box along with terms of use. All that information is always good to have. Enjoy

New Year.....New Try
I have to admit I don't get this whole blogging thing. Everyone seems to have a blog and SOME seem to LOVE IT! I read some blogs and they are REALLY GREAT, filled with witty humor and at the end of the post you have learned something too. You think WOW this is a really great blog, I should blog too. Then you come across those blogs that are just a useless waste of space on the net taking up valuable search results when you are looking for something on the internet, then you say to yourself, "That is why everyone shouldn't blog." I guess also too, I suffer from the "Young Harry Potter Syndrome". "I'm not a wizard. I can't be. I'm Harry, just Harry." I am just me, why would anyone want to read my blog much less follow it. Why, indeed? Well I hope that I will be the former type of blog and not the latter. But either way it is good to try new things so here I go! Wish me luck won't you.
