MyGrafico Challenge No # 65: Beach Theme Beach Invitation

Hi Dandi Crafters. We are not quite ready to say good bye to summer just yet. We have time for one more beach bash over at the MyGrafico Challenge Blog. This week we are working with fun and sunny Beach Time Papers by Lily Bimble. We also worked with a Pocket Full of Shells that capture the imagination by Cheri Wenger. This is the front of a little beach party invitation. The inside contains the party details. The card front has the beach word cut out in the blue hibiscus flower paper from Beach Time papers. I used my SCAL enabled Cricut to cut out beach on the invitation. I then cut out the word Beach in the pink hibiscus flower paper and laid them on top. I used a stamp shell from Pocket Full of Shells and repeated the pattern for a cute little frame effect. Since the card itself has a cut out I used some solid paper yellow card stock and ran it through the Cuttlebug Machine. I then added some turquoise ink to it for accent.

100 Followers Celebration: Flamingo Digital Stamp

Hi some more all you Dandi Crafters. Well the 100 Followers Thank You Celebration continues. I draw lots of stuff. It is just what I do. Here is a couple of little flamingos in a pond to ago along with the digital scrapbook paper. You just print the image, which is again 300 dpi, off on a piece of paper and color the image with your colored pencils or copics, which ever you prefer. you can resize the image to fit your needs. The one shown in the example is just that, an example. The image is a black line image. You get to color the image yourself to your liking. Thanks for following along. Enjoy! LOL get it tickled pink...and were talking about flamingos...LOL No seriously I get such a kick out of seeing what other people do with my stuff. I am much more interested in seeing what other do with my art than anything I ever do with it. Well Enjoy!

Take Out Tuesday Freebie: Sea Friends Octopus SVG Download May 25

Well it is Take Out Tuesday! Thanks for returning and following my blog! This week I decided that the Sea Friends Mermaid need to be reunited with her friend the Octopus. The Octopus as you see it here is about 3.5 inches tall, actual measurements are include along with copyright notice and terms of use.
The zip file also includes:

• A shadow Octopus (shown dark blue)
• A Mid Layer Octopus(not shown in sample)
• A Top Layer Octopus with face (shown in light blue)
• A Top Layer Octopus with no face (In case you want to stamp a face on; not shown in example.)
• A flower (shown in lavender)
• A flower center (shown in pink)

I have a pink shadow layer under the lavender purple that was just done using the shadow feature in scale at two I believe.
